We're Hiring

  • Survey Party Chief

    Must have experience in boundary, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, construction staking, and other surveys for both residential and commercial projects. Requires proficiency with Trimble robotic total station, GPS data collection and conventional methods. Knowledge of mathematical principles, land survey terminology and field survey methods and techniques, calculate and verify computations and create and verify sketches and be accurate and complete work in a timely manner.


    Needs a valid driver license with a clean driving record and AutoCAD knowledge.

  • Survey AutoCAD/Draftsman

    Position requires one year or more of drafting experience in calculation and reviewing field crew notes; preparation of surveys (Improvement Survey Plats, boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, topographic surveys, easement exhibits, subdivision plats, utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D; title research, coordinating with crew chiefs and surveyor managers; knowledge of Microsoft Office and the principles, techniques and practices of land surveying and drafting.

  • Project Manager - Colorado Licensed Civil Engineer

    This position requires a BSCE, P.E., with a minimum of three years' experience in Civil Engineering and Land Development. Must have experience and knowledge in overall management of multiple projects at once and developing new business opportunities. The Project Manager's accountability includes, but is not limited to: pre-construction, set-up, cost-control, scheduling, complete project oversight, budgeting, etc. Responsibilities also comprise of coordination with subcontractors and communication with the owner and representatives; mentor assigned design and project engineers; able to work with fast-track project delivery; fee proposal preparation, coordinating with project teams and permitting agencies, construction support, and design from concept to construction documents. Essential knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience or similar design package, strong organizational skills, effective written and verbal communication abilities, and exceptional client relations are a must. Needs to be proficient in of MS Word, Excel and other MS Office programs.

  • Design Engineer

    Must have a four-year degree in Civil Engineering with Land Surveying background, and preferably four years of experience. Requires the applicant is fluent in the use of Autodesk Civil 3D software, have experience with the development of site layouts, grading plans, cut/fill analyses, stormwater management plans, drainage and piping/utility design, soil erosion and sediment control plans, and erosion/scour analyses.


    Experience with the development of technical specifications, cost estimates, and bid documents. Prior construction monitoring/review experience is preferred. A working knowledge of MS Word, Excel are also a required.
