  • Golf Course/Clubhouse/Maintenance Facility - Assisted with site planning, civil design and construction staking.
  • Total Project: 1,194 lots, Two 18 hole golf courses

Cotton Ranch P.U.D., Gypsum, Colorado

  • Filing I - Final design and construction staking for the 120 lot first filing of this large 18 hole golf course/residential community.
  • Golf Course/Clubhouse/Maintenance Facility - Assisted with site planning, civil design and construction staking.
  • Timberwolf Filing - Civil design, construction observation and construction staking for this second filing of 84 lots.
  • The Village at Cotton Ranch - Civil design for this first filing of 24 duplex lots and two single family lots.

Ironbridge, Garfield County, Colorado - Consulting and boundary surveying for Sketch Plan, Preliminary Plan and Final Submittal for a 438 acre, 354 unit residential community with an 18 hole golf course along the Roaring Fork River.

Maverick Ranch, Garfield County, Colorado - Consulting, aerial mapping, surveying and design for a 3,600 acre, residential subdivision with 8 miles of internal roads and utilities.

Upper and Lower Grange Ranches, Garfield County, Colorado - Boundary surveying, platting, road design, and water system design for 3,355 acres of large lot subdivisions.

San Juan Ranch, San Miguel, Montrose, and Ouray Counties, Colorado - Consulting and design for a 4,400 acre, residential subdivision with 21 miles of internal roads and 35 acre plus lots.

Blue Lake Subdivision, Eagle County, Colorado - Phases 2, 3, 4 and 5 of this 270-acre development, including 224 single-family lots and community center development.

Aspen Glen P.U.D., Garfield County, Colorado - Consulting for preliminary evaluation and Sketch Plan presentations and submittals for 643-unit development with 18-hole golf course. Boundary surveys and aerial topography for each of the two ranch properties

Springridge Development, Garfield County, Colorado - Preliminary and final plat for 132 lot single family development on 642 acres.

Deerfield P.U.D., Rifle, Colorado - Civil engineering and surveying for a 108 lot residential subdivision, emphasizing "new urbanism" approach with rear alleys, common garage walls, and shared driveways. Project also required revisions to and channelization of a FEMA established floodplain/floodway.

Mariposa Ranch, Taos, New Mexico - Development plans for this 24 lot 264 acre single family subdivision.

Dakota P.U.D., Garfield and Eagle Counties, Colorado - All engineering necessary for approval by both counties for this 29 acre development including 23 residential lots, and 50 town home units.

Hendrick Ranch PUD, Town of Carbondale, Garfield County, Colorado - 35 acre, 63 single family lot subdivision.

Aspen Junction Subdivision, Eagle County, Colorado - 54 single-family lots and 68 multifamily unit development. (Also, Sagewood, Silverado and Pine Ridge multifamily areas within the Aspen Junction Subdivision.)

Roaring Fork Village, Town of Carbondale, Garfield County, Colorado - Preliminary and final plat development plans for Filing 2, Filing 3, and Gianinetti Subdivisions - 83 single-family lots and commercial tract development.

Eby Creek Subdivision, Eagle, Colorado - 400 acre, 215 single-family lot development, 1-1/4 miles of County Road improvements with extensive retaining walls and guard rails.

Cordillera, The Sanctuary, Edwards, Colorado - Civil engineering and surveying for a 14 lot, luxury, residential subdivision near Vail.

Cordillera, Bearcat, Edwards, Colorado - Detailed grading and drainage plan for the final phase of this 8 acre luxury, residential subdivision near Vail.

Pinyons II, at Arrowhead, Edwards, Colorado - Detailed grading and drainage plan for the final phase of this 4 acre luxury, residential subdivision near Vail.

Eastridge Subdivision, Rifle, Colorado - All engineering and surveying services necessary for review, approval, and construction for this 26 lot upper end residential subdivision.

RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISIONS - Eastern Slope of Colorado


Silver Peaks P.U.D., Lochbuie, Colorado - 2,000 residential lots and associated commercial facilities, all infrastructure, community center, and an elementary school site. Rezoning and annexation of the 590 acre parcel into the Town of Lochbuie.

Antelope Heights, Town of Parker, CO - 203 residential lot subdivision with 92 total acres. Subdivision involved working with Parker Water and Sanitation District and Douglas County. Work included the design of streets, water distribution system, sanitary sewer collection as well as the design of storm water collection system, detention ponds and offsite storm drainage system.

Coyote Run Subdivision Filing No. 1, Mead, County of Weld, Colorado - 151 lot residential subdivision with a total of 97 acres. Work involved construction surveying for overlot, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water and lot corner monumentation.

Lundquist Project, Elbert County, Colorado - 176 lot residential subdivision and associated commercial facilities. Lot sizes range from .5 - 1.5 acres. Work involved in this 160 acre development includes: Site grading, street design, drainage study preparation, water and sewer system, raw water irrigation and plat preparation.

Riverdale Peaks II, Adams County, Colorado - 54 lot residential subdivision. All lots are a minimum of 1 acre. Work involved in this 97 acre development includes: Site grading, street design, drainage study preparation and plat preparation.

Kalos Gardens at Saint Catherine and The Cottages at Kalos Gardens, Greenwood Village, Colorado - Full civil engineering services for a three story assisted living facility and five duplex cottages located in the Denver Technological Center (DTC). Project design and development included coordination with DTC's Architectural Control Committee, Greenwood Village Building Department, Castlewood Water and Sanitation District, and Denver Water. Engineering services were also provided for the expansion of Saint Catherine's Greek Orthodox Church, located adjacent to the assisted living facility. The expansion included a two-story addition with classrooms and a gymnasium.

Hazen/Moore Filing No. 2, Castle Rock, Colorado - 76 lot residential subdivision with a total of 29 acres. Work involved construction surveying for overlot, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water and lot corner monumentation.

Heritage Estates, Lone Tree, Colorado - Services provided to Celebrity Development for the development of luxurious lots located adjacent to the championship 18-hole Arnold Palmer designed Lone Tree Golf Course.

Mountain View Court, Jefferson County, Colorado - Services provided for this 3 acre development have included platting and improvement plans for 9 duplex lots.

Elkhorn Ranch, Elbert County, Colorado - Luxurious 1,555 acre development will consist of 250 five acre lots with a central water system. Services provided include processing rezoning, prepartion of ponds, plans for platting and boundary and aerial control for aerial mapping. Central water system includes 375,000 gallon tank facility with water treatment, well, and pumping of raw water to treatment facility.

Belleview Self Storage, Unincorporated Arapahoe County, Colorado - This 5 acre self storage facility has provided services including processing, rezoning, Preliminary Development Plan and processing of the Final Development.
