  HCE performed utility coordination and utility design for a terminal expansion. In addition, HCE provided construction staking services for all utilities, as well as the parking areas and the county road access.

• Machebeuf Apartments, Glenwood Springs, and Villas de Santa Lucia, Carbondale, Colorado
  55 units and 54 units respectively of low income housing apartments, including acceleration and deceleration lanes onto Highway 6 in Glenwood Springs.

• City Market, El Jebel, Eagle County, Colorado
  Site and utility design for new store with frontage road and design of Willits Lane intersection onto Highway 82.

  Civil engineering and surveying for new store site, including design of watertight underground storm water detention due to hydrocompactive soils.

  Commercial business park including three buildings with restaurant, retail, office, and apartment space.
