About The Firm
For
almost two decades, High Country Engineering, Inc. (HCE) has enjoyed
the reputation and recognition of being one of
Colorado's preeminent civil engineering and
land surveying firms. HCE opened its doors for business in
Glenwood Springs,
Colorado
in 1985 and later extended its reach to
Englewood,
Colorado offering services to the
Front Range beginning in 1999. With the ever changing
housing and construction market, HCE has strived to fluctuate and
offer services where they are needed and required.
In 2007 HCE decided to sell the
Englewood
office and expanded to the south by opening an office in
Crawfordville,
Florida.
HCE is continuing to expand its horizons to include
projects in Arizona,
New Mexico,
Florida,
Wyoming, and
Texas.
We have Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors registered in all
of these regions to accommodate the demands of the growing
market.
Once
established in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, High Country Engineering,
Inc. firmly defined itself as a leader in the
Rocky Mountains
for such services as: land development, municipal infrastructure
design, road and highway system design, as well as boundary and
construction surveying.
Presently, the firm
consists of 35 highly specialized professionals, including seven
registered engineers, five engineer interns, three registered surveyors, and
four complete survey
crews.
We are not only committed
to staffing the firm with the finest professionals available, HCE
also has an on-going commitment to provide that staff with
state-of-the-art equipment to assure its position at the forefront
of civil engineering and surveying techniques in the region,
including the incorporation of GPS technology surveying equipment
(1994).
